Springfield has four primary ZIP codes:

22150 (unofficially referred to as “Central Springfield”) - Springfield dominated by the interchange of I-95, I-395, and the Capital Beltway (I-495), known as the Springfield Interchange or Mixing Bowl. The center of the town is adjacent to the interchange. A significant commercial district exists around the interchange area, but the rest of the community is primarily residential in nature.

22151 (”North Springfield”) - North Springfield is North of Springfield, Virginia and touches Annandale.

22152 (”West Springfield”) - Is a West / South West of Springfield, Virginia. Some of it touches 22152 and some of it runs more South to Lorton and some of Fairfax Station.

22153 (Also “West Springfield”) - This part of West Springfield touches West Springfield (in 22152), Burke and Fairfax Station, Virginia. Wikipedia refers to it as “Burkefield” due to its proximity to Burke, Virginia.

22015 (All of Burke) - Just North of West Springfield and just to the East of Fairfax Station. Fairfax, Virginia touches Burke to the North.


22039 (Fairfax Station) - Just to the West of West Springfield and Burke and just South of Clifton, Virginia.

Recreation

South Run Recreation Center has a year round pool, quality exercise facilities including a full line of free weights, machines and cardio equipment and other activities and is located conveniently on the Fairfax County Parkway across the street from Orange Hunt Estates.

Burke Lake Park has a golf course, camping, picnic areas, small boat rental, fishing, carousel, miniature train and ice cream parlor is just up the road. It's takes less than 1 1/2 hours to walk the 4.5 miles around the lake. The trails are extensive and can be taken from Burke lake and also connect to Lake Mercer or numberous other places. Fairfax County has wonderful trails, streams and lakes to enjoy!
