- I owned a small business for 5 years prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR
- I joined Shannon and Luchs in 1994
- While actively selling, Weichert Realtors hired me to train agents and management throughout the region
- Ten years spent as Director of Technology for MD, DC and VA
- I joined RE/MAX Allegiance early in 2009
